A tortilla stuffed with a medley of shrimp, scallops, fish, celery, carrots and onions and mushrooms. All mildly seasoned and sautéed. Smothered with our salsa Mazatlan and Monterrey Jack cheese. Garnished with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes and green onions. Served with rice and beans
